These applications may also collect information such as the users ID number, name or location, depending on the type of HealthRFID system used by your organisation. This information is held in the secure HealthRFID website of your organisation. Any personally identifiable information is treated as sensitive and will not be disclosed without the user’s prior consent.
If you use a particular service HealthRFID may collect personally identifiable information such as contact information (e.g., name, telephone number and e-mail address), and demographic information (e.g., post code, organisation and/or role).
